OK, don't flame me here. When I redid the XO's in my M12's, I left the factory wiring in place(to the drivers). Should I have redone this also? Would I notice any difference is the sound produced from doing said modification? Also wanting to get some of Larry's rings for these. For those who have them, could you tell me what I might be expecting by this? AND THERE GOES MY TAX REFUND!
Monitor 12's-RDO's and XO's done!

Unless the wire was cut and patched I don't see much gain in new wire. you could drop high dollars on very good wire but as I said I do not think it would be for much gain. Larry's rings are a good investment. never to worry about a stripped screw hole ever again and tight to the front baffle.

Forget about the Moretite. Use Armacell instead. It seals better, easier to use, and compresses better than Moretite. As Larry tells it, the rings might not have existed in the first place if he used Armacell from the beginning. He made the rings to work with Moretite because screw holes were stripping out trying to compress the stuff.

I am in the process of upgrading my SDA-1C's and was wondering if Larry rings are still available? I am a long time reader and this is my first post. I am ordering the Sonicaps and Mills resistors and in the process of Dynamating the baskets and JB Welding the magnets of the woofers and Radiator. Any information on the Larry Rings if they are still being made would be great.
I am also looking for some MW-6501 for some SDA-2 or SDA-2A (2) SL-2000 tweeters and (3) MW-6501 woofers. Two woofers are blown and have been unable to find replacements. Hope I am posting in the right place if not let me know.
    Thanks,
    Tim

Tip, the PR's do not have magnets.

Larry said the rings are out of stock. He said he'll make more at some point.
