Picked up these pair of R 30's after missing out on a pair of Rti6's. I was surprised at the amount of bass and the room they will be placed in only measures 10 x 9, so they will be just fine without a sub.

I had the same speaker. Very well built. Easy on the eyes. Tweets were perfect. Very bassy. Very nice for HT. I was using the 15r for rears & csi3 & psw202. Just didnt cut it for 2 channel listening-at least with Yamaha receivers. Overall nice speaker IMO for HT
