How good are the TL3's?

I have a question for everyone regarding my surround speakers. I just moved into the new place and am starting to get things set up for the long term. I have decided to mount my surround speakers in the top back corners of the room. There are doorways in both corners so above the door is the only real option. I will be running wires through the walls as I own the home and can do what i want with it.
Currently I have a RTIa setup and a pair of LSI9's. I am not sure what my final front stage will be and I know that the surrounds dont really have to timbre match at all. I am trying to decide between the OWM3's and a Pail of TL3's. I know that the TL's are a better speaker but am not sure if it is worth the price increase for purely surround speakers. I have heard the OWM's before and currently have them setup at my parents so i know what to expect.
I dont know if the TL's are worth double the price. I would need to purchase a mount of some sort to be able to angle them into the room which would also add to the cost. What do you guys think?
