My system is anchored by my refurbished Monitor 10B's, The RTi A3's are the back surrounds. I have a Klipsch RW12-II subwoofer for the bottom. I have not purchased a new speaker in 25 years the 10B's being all I needed. All this is powered by an Onkyo TX-NR709. I am primarily interested in 5.1 surround music and this system does 5.1 very, very well. The venerable 10B's with the subwoofer relieving it of everything below 80 Hz has absolutely has come to life, they have been transformed. The Klipsch subwoofer is adjusted perfectly so it has disappeared as it should be, The RTi A3 are a very good companion for the 10B's I did an A/B between them and the RTi A3 is only lacking some of the 10B's bottom, but with the subwoofer that becomes a moot point. I am very happy with this system.
