5.0 Polk speaker set-up.........

I have the following for sale:
(2) black RT55's. All drivers in excellent condition and cabinet in good condition. Some of the strips have delaminated from the back of the cabinet and a few marks are covered by black sharpie. One grill is missing two pegs but does not affect performance. Overall I would rate them a conservative 6.5/10.
(1) black cs400 center channel. Couple marks covered by Sharpie. No issues whatsoever - drivers are in perfect condition. Conservative 7/10.
(2) FX300i's in black. In very good condition. All drivers are in perfect condition and cabinets in very good condition. Conservative 8/10.

I am asking for local pick-up in the Washington, DC area (will help deliver in Maryland, DC or Virginia, but my work schedule is pretty whacky). These have stood the test of time for me. They have outperformed and outlasted MANY set ups that were WAY more expensive. I am going to regret getting rid of these, but don't have room to store them and they will sit unused. Would like to get $400 for the entire package. Would consider splitting up if all were claimed and at this time not willing to ship the 55's. Willing to ship the cs400 and the FX300i's at buyers expense.

    I actually have a subwoofer to thro in as well. It's a pbs subsonic 6. Very underrated in my opinion and it always dug deep enough for me. Will throw that in as well for an additional fee if buyer wants a 5.1 setup.

    Thanks Tony. Not in a huge hurry to sell. If I can sell them, I would use the funds to purchase another amp with more power to drive these. If not, I may just put them up in my brothers new place for him to enjoy.

    Price drop to $350......did some spring cleaning and am motivated to sell to free up some space. Otherwise may put them in the kids playroom and set up a surround sound setup.

    Hmmmmmmmmmm. I'm about 2.5 hours away. While the room that these would eventually go in doesn't even have furniture yet, I am tempted.

    I assume you can push these with a basic receiver? I'd probably pick up something cheap/open box from the local Crutchfield store if that's the case.

    Yes very easy to drive with an avr; i used many including a yamaha rxv995 (old!!!) and it sounded fantastic

    I'll bump you to ask a quick question. I have a pair of 55i's and i honestly cannot find what is the difference between the 55's and the 55i's. Do you know?

    RT55 only came in black RT55i had 3 finishes also went lower in the bass.
