Hurricane Nuts

Looking for advise on using hurricane nuts and machine screws on larger passive radiators. Most of the original pr's use only 4 of 8 holes to fasten the pr to the cabinet. Is it recommended to use all 8 holes and drill out and install hurricane nuts, or just use the 4?

I'm sure you would be fine with just the four, but myself would do all eight...

Other than the CRS/CRS+, what other SDA's only use 4 of the 8?

    Anyway, do all 8.

Thanks for the input. Spaecifically it would be for monitor 10's and RTA 12's.

Yep, use all available holes. You'll get much better coupling of the PR to the front baffle, less chance for air leaks.

Just received an order of hurricane nuts from PE. They stick to a magnet. I thought I read somewhere in here that this is a problem? What's the scoop? Thanks
