I been wanting to add a Amp to my HT setup to help out my tower speakers and maybe avoiding under powering damage.
My setup:
NAD T-758 AVR
oppo 103
Speakers = RTi A7's + CSi4 + FXi A4's
Been looking at
Wyred 4 Sound ST-500
Anthem MCA-20
Parasound 2250v2
B&K Ref 200.2
NAD C275bee
Peachtree 220
The B&K and the Anthem I can get locally which is nice considering there weight
But like the idea of the NAD to go with the NAD
Have a Peachtree Decco65 and love it so thought about the 220
but I really like the Wyred 4 sound amp for some reason
I care more about the music then I do the HT sound, hence why I pick up the NAD AVR (they said music 1st)?
Now I really don't over crank my system as really loud isn't my thing. so maybe I don't need a amp, except I really do like many Hybrid SACD that play in 5.1 along with a few Blu-ray audio's I picked up and Music Concert's. so the amp may help alot more in this area.
also I thinking of using Kimber Kable's interconnect's and their 4TC Speaker cables with the 8TC Jumpers and would like to do all this for under 2K$
I've been reading through every post I could find for these amps and others and I'm to the point that I read so much that now I can not decide what to do or which way to go, and maybe I should just hold off for awhile.

I have an Adcom 5503 that might strike your fancy. 3 channel amp sending 200 watts into 8 ohms and 350 into 4
Ideally (according to Adcom, this would be best suited to power-up the L, R and C assuming this is the most powerful amp in your rig)
pm me if interested

Yamaha P3500S, 2 x 350W @ 8 ohms, can be had on an auction site for $530 shipped, new w/warranty from authorized dealers.
I've been happy with my P7000S powering my RTia9s. Much better for music than my Elite SC-07; which now only powers the rear a9s, CSia6 & FXia6s. Jeff Beck Live @ Ronnie Scott's blu-ray is a treat to listen to.
NOTE: you would need RCA -> male XLR cables; and there is NO remote. I've yet to have the fan come on; nor watch my electric meter spin . . .
(waiting on tonyb's musicality meter to register complaints) -

I have the Parasound 2250 and switched to the Wyed 4 Sound for my A9's. Either would suit the A7's nicely._____________________________________________________________________________________________

1st > THANK YOU! "glenndog"
I just bought a Adcom 5503 from Glen he did the most awesome job boxing this beast up and cutting foam and packing so it could safely get here! I won't get to use it today as it will take all night to warm up cause of the temp's we been having and sub zero wind chills.
its going to be a great weekend though!2 ch- Polk CRS+ * Vincent SA-31MK Preamp * Vincent Sp-331 Amp * Marantz SA8005 SACD * Project Xperience Classic TT * Sumiko Blue Point #2 MC cartridge
