Have a Samsung ML-1710 printer. Print was getting very light so changed the cartridge/toner. First say 20-25 pages looked great but now its gotten light, not as light as it was before but light. Wrote to Samsung customer service and finally got a reply. They outlined the steps to clean the printer and all the other items mentioned in the owners manual along with supplying the link to the owners manual itself which was nice if I hadn't already mentioned in my email to them that I had done all the steps stated in the owners manual :( Then their last paragraph said.."After performing the above instructions, if the issue persist then the problem could be with the internal component of the TV which needs to be physically diagnosed by the service technician. " Hmm, TV eh, obviously not quite with the program and not exactly giving me a lot of confidence with the customer service or suppot.

So, am turning to the trust folks here at the Clubhouse, what do I do? I do have a spare printer but if I do go that route do I just swap one printer for the other and plugged it in and see what happens? I guess I would as the printer drivers are the same but...? also, is there anything else I should check first?
