$3,511 in checks made out to the facility and hand delivered by me.

On 1 July 13 I wrote the facility a check for $5,080, and on 19 Dec 13 I wrote them another one for $2,492.

Total donation for the year, $11,083.

    Neil my good friend, I don't need any of that. Polk takes pretty good care of Githens every year, and I get to write Githens checks from my account, which has only other people's money in it. It's much better in person than it looks on paper. Writing those checks makes me feel like the King of Everything. Same feeling I got the first time I fired a weapon on full-auto, and went through thirty rounds faster than you can say "there goes thirty rounds." Feels pretty good.

    That so nice to hear, George. Polkfest turned out pretty good, considering the amount of folks that attended. Well, shall I say, the lack thereof. Congrat's to both you and the Githins Center.
