    I work at a 30,000 sq ft convention center where we host a resort-wide NYE party and just returned home from dealing with about 3,000 somes of beaches for the last 5 hours.

    So after my 15 hour shift I'm sitting down to a short glass of wine and some cheese.

    Any of you current or former F&B folks know how hard it is to fall right asleep after a shift like that.

    Anywho...happy new year!
