I really like this concept. It is getting close to screens in the air.

Yeah, we're living in strange times.
Passenger Jets are still limited to travelling at speeds they could in the 1960s.
Cities are still mostly stuck in two dimensional road traffic.
Speed limits are not radically different from what they were decades ago.
American trains lack Super High Speed bullet status, for the most part.
We still live in BOXES with glass windows that are mostly heated by fuels from the 19th century?
Etc.
At the same time we have a Global internet that puts almost all the information of the world at our fingertips, allows us to communicate with almost anyone, instantly. Have high resolution screens that can almost simulate REAL life. And hundreds of other conveniences.
It's a strange mix of old and new. Not quite as "modern" as I had expected by this point in time.

cnh - Paolo Soleri? ~ 1972 caught my interest. I see he died this year.

I heard Buckminster Fuller speak @ WSU about that time. I'd helped to riprap the lake one of his 2 Dymaxion Houses sat on in Andover, KS. Bill Graham had built it on the lake. Some brother knew his son, Jack. Later had a frat party there. It was no longer rotating by the time I first saw it.

Like most things of interest in KS, it was purchased & moved to Greenfield Village. My dad was a sheet metal craftsman @ Beech Aircraft.

Interesting stuff there. That is what I had in mind and I'm a big fan of B. Fuller! What happened to all those "visions"?
