Advice on Tubes for my Yaqin MC-10t ?

So the bad news is one of the tubes on my Yaqin gave up the ghost and I'm currently "sans music."

The good news is I've already learned a lot from the experience and now I get to try some new tubes!

Any recommendations? What and from whom?

Also, should I get a set of four or do I just need matched pairs on either side?

    What does it take? IIRC, EL34's

    Grab a quad of SED =C= EL34's while they are still available. One of the best going. They just ceased production so price have gone up, but still a relative bargain,

    I've read, here and elsewhere, that some sellers are more trustworthy than others (imagine that!). Any recommendations?

    I thought some genalex 6922's sounded good in the pre section but awful in the amp.
