What crossover settings should I use fro RtiA3?

I just got a pair of RtiA3's and a CsiA4 to use with my RM6000 powered subwoofer and RM6751 surround speakers. These with be hooked up to my Onkyo TX-SR608 receiver. I have no idea how to set my subwoofers volume, phasing, crossover frequency, etc. I plan to connect the sub to the Onkyo sub jack and will not connect the RtiA3's thru the sub. I will be using the Onkyo Audyessy 2EQ room correction and speaker setup. Any and all help will be appreciated.

    Thanks, F1nut. So, the knobs on the back of the sub will be bypassed? And the phase toggle switch as well?
