Excellent Customer Service

There have been a few threads lately about not so great customer service. I thought I would start one about excellent customer service. My beloved Sunfire TGR3 recently lost power and the display. I thought about moving on when Sunfire was going to charge $500 bucks plus shipping and a repair shop in Denver couldn't fix it.
That's when I found Bill Flannery of Flannery's Vintage Audio Repair http://www.flannerysvintageaudio.com/. Wow! Communication was excellent throughout the process. But the best part, the TGR3 is sounding better than ever and I didn't need to take out a 2nd mortgage to pay for it.
If any of you have some Sunfire stuff that needs repaired or just refreshed, I would highly recommend Bill.
