denon avr-x2000 for x-mas

just need to know if i should let the receiver calibrate for the speakers ....i know you tweek em later but is this they way to go....and what do i need to know in order to make this all good...... (kinda newbie here )thanks for any help..........im using tsi300 speakers for the fronts...cs10 fpr center and r150 for the surrounds....

    i guess i should let auddessy do its jobs first....but need to know what to do after....cause iv heard that it sometimes sets speaker size to large when it should be small...and that the sub needs to set to low or somwething like that..or tell me where the ranges should be set to....any info would be great...
