Adcom Amp Repair Dallas?

I purchased an Adcom amp (5503) on ebay which was damaged in route. Packing wasn't sufficient to keep the retaining screws for the rear heat sink from pushing in at the bottom. Heat sink is not broken, but amp does not operate. Seller snd I have agreed to try and get it repaired first. No Adcom authorized service center in Dallas. Anyone know of a capable audio equipment repair shop in Dallas Fort Worth area?

    Going to AJ Electronics (Plano) in the morning. They are an authorized Denon service center and can do the Adcom diagnostics for $50 before the seller has to commit to the repair.

    My overall experience is that Ebay is a great source for many things audio including refurbished Polks, used gear, etc. even after including the occasional snafu. Certainly has helped me my to stretch my dollar.

    My first foray into Adcom. I got the Adcom to power LSiM 703 fronts and an LSiM 706 center. 2 Micropro 3000 subs will augment the 703s. If I like the Adcom as much as I think I will, I will add another Adcom for a 5.2 set up at some point. Any suggestions?

    I also have a couple of Carver AV705xs that will power a 5.1 setup based on RTI A9, CSi A6 center an yet-to-be-determined sub and rears. One of the Carvers will be dedicated to the A9s.
