With your simple math...
600/3 = 200
So not accounting for loss, each sub is playing 3dB?
Of course this is all grossly oversimplified and incorrect.
...don't mind me if I'm being stupid, im about to drop dead asleep, drooling on the keyboard. -
Yeah, just looking at that.......thinking 200 subs around ur room would look cool lmao I need some sleep- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.

Sid,
The rule isn't 3db per speaker.
It's 3 db everytime you double the speakers. so, 3db for the second speaker, 3 db for the next two, 3 db for the next four, 3db for the next eight, and so on....
So say one speaker will hit 80 db, it'd be two speakers for 83db, four for 86, eight for 89.....
doing a little more math....you'd need another 120 db more than that one sub could pull, which means you'd have to double it 40 times (120/3).....
that would be 2 ^ 40, or 1099511628000 speakers.
And I don't think they'd fit in your bedroom. -
muahahhaa......
How about......
a 50x50x12 room
Floor to ceiling, all the way around lmao
Just think it would be cool, to purchase like.............400 of them subs, take the grills off and turn em on all at the same time.....lmao- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit. -

hmmm... I'd imagine the power on *thump* from that cluster would knock you on your ****. That is if it doesn't trip all your circuit breakers.Time is the best teacher. Unfortunately it kills all its students.

Right now......
im running my stereo on one outlet......
I made the outlet have 4 plugs, then from there I ran a power combo, and 2 drop cords, and I believe all but 2 or so of them plugs are in use......
