Im watching it right now on palladia.

Will be shown again 12/28 at 830pm.

Its not only about the legendary recording studio, not only about all the artists, producers, grammys, platinum and gold records.

Its also about digital, and pro tools, and what they did to the recording industry and music.

    I have that documentary on bluray. Its pretty good and so is the soundtrack for it.

    +1 on Sound City. Have it on loan from a friend. Very interesting and fun.

    Same here...sound track doesnt necessarily flow but it is very enjoyable, especially after you watch the doc.

    For those that don't have the Blue Ray ... and like it. The Blu-Ray comes with 2.0 & 5.1 Audio programs as well as Dolby 5.1.

    Kinda nice they included the PCM output.

    Watched it a while back thought it was a a Great Docu-music show..
    Maybe someone can fill me in who has seen it, there's a part where Neil Young says when they invented the digital algorithm it was already flawed, but they did not go into detail about it.
    Is this true?
    If so what is wrong with it?
