Is this Legit?

I did a websearch for Accessories4Less, and up pops a site for coupons/rebates (they called it "ebates") that I can supposedly use when ordering...If I sign up.

Legit or not legit? The site says "Holiday-Coupons.Ebates.com"

    It wasn't a pop up ad. It was a site that came up first when I did a search. A4L came second.

    I tried a Google search: "Accessories4Less" "coupon code"

    The sites that offered a code, when I hit the button = "no code necessary." Current deals show free subwoofer cable w/sub purchase, or free shipping; the same deals are on their website.

    I try searching for codes before every WWW purchase. I would NEVER sign up = email spam.
