Tsi100 surround sound not working?

So with my Tsi100s, if I plug them into front then they work just fine but when I try to plug them into surround, no sound comes out. I was wondering if you guys would know what the problem is.

    Are you playing something with surround sound ? Did you set up the avr ? What is the source and how is it connected ?

    Game hdmi to ps4
    Tsi100 to surround doesn't work but tsi100 to front b does

    Does that mean I need another pair of speakers for surround to work?

    DO you have the surround speakers turned on in the setup menu? Chances are they are not turned on OR you don't have Dolby digital or something like DD PLII selected. Is there a setup mic with that receiver? That's the easiest way to get started.

    In your receiver you have to set up every input you have something connected to. Did you read your manual ?

    Just from the picture that Tonyb posted it looks like you should have speakers plugged into speakers A and surround. Check the manual.

    Nevermind I guess you are using speaker B to test.

    My receiver did not come with a setup mic and it doesn't appear to have anywhere to plug them in so how can I get to calibration?

    No, everything is accessible by the remote too. Do you have a manual ?

    A quick look over the info, I did not see where a calibration mic is use, but all adjustment are made on the fly via OSD (TV) if using HDMI connection.

    Something has to be turned on the access those. Time to consult the dreaded manual :evil:

    Because you have something else turned on that eliminates those options. Reset the receiver and start from scratch. Read the manual.....twice, cover to cover so you understand what everything does. Todays receivers are not plug and play like receivers of years ago.
