I am almost completed with a major remodel of our living room and will be ready to hang my surrounds soon.
5.1 system
ls f/x speakers (older di/bi triangular shaped)

Should I hang them on my rear wall firing to the 2 side walls or should I hang them on my side walls firing to the front and rear walls. What about bi/di setting. The wall plates I installed during the remodel are at about 8' on the side walls but near the rear corners. The room dimentions are 22x15 with the couch sitting either on the 15' fall or slightly pulled out into the room in front of the 15' wall (havent decided yet, I will probably install a bar behind couch) and the tv is on the opposite 15' wall. Also, for those of you familiar with the rt f/x and ls f/x, should I hang them upside down at 8'so the tip of the triangle is facing the floor?

One FX will say left on it and the other right. Put them on the sides of the room about between the half point of the room and 3/4ers. Place them about 1 to 2 feet above listening level.
That simple. Di for TV and Bi for music. LATER!
