replacements for Polk Monitor 7's

I bought an old pair of the Monitor 7 series for $4. Yes four dollars. I need a tweeter and the mid-bass driver. The tweeter is like the SL2500, and the mid-bass is a 6.5" driver. What are the best replacements I can get for the lowest price?
