I have some goodies that I didn't use for a project I never completed….all prices include shipping.

(4) 2ohm MILLS Resistors - NIB - $2/each

(2) 56uf AXON Capacitors - NIB - $8/each

(4) 4.4uf Sonicraft GEN1 Capacitors - NIB - $10/each

(6) 27uf Sonicraft GEN1 Capacitors - NIB - $30/each

    Mark- hold on to 2 of the 27uf and 2 of the 2 ohm mills for a few minutes at least for me....

    I've got 1 pair of Monitor 10's and 3 pairs of 7's that need upgraded and can't remember the values needed... Going to hunt the schematic now and I can have you add it to the order for the cables in the other thread.
    2-ch System: Parasound P/LD 2000 pre, Parasound HCA-1000 amp, Parasound T/DQ Tuner, Phase Technology PC-100 Tower speakers, Technics SL-1600 Turntable, Denon 2910 SACD/CD player, Peachtree DAC iT and X1asynchorus USB converter, HSU VTF-3 subwoofer.

    OK- yes I'll take two of the 27uf Sonicraft caps and all 4 of the 2ohm resistors please.

    Subtotal- $68 plus the $40 worth of cables in other thread.

    I had another question. Was considering getting the 30' Signal cable rca's to use on the outputs of Peachtree DAC*it I just purchased from daboyz. I was hoping to keep the DAC on my computer desk and run the rca's out of it under the house (crawlspace) and back up behind my 2 channel system which sits diagonally across the room about 15' from the computer desk. Would there be any problems with hum or signal degradation from using such long rca's or am I better off getting a long USB or coaxial cable instead and using short rca's into the preamp?

    Ok cool. In regards to your length issue….which I feel dirty even saying that now. There is no loss nor will there be any noticeable loss off signal or quality at that length. When you get into the hundreds of feet, size, diameter, shielding etc etc it becomes a concern. Far too much is thought to be an issue when it comes to cables and it can be read daily on this forum.

    It's not rocket science but it is something you should try, should experience, should give a ****e.

    Are you better off with a USB vs RCA? I can't really answer that but I do like simplicity. Hum and interference is inherent to the cable design. That's where those Balanced folks start showing their feathers. I like big conductors and this idea is all over the place.

    Polk's Cobra Cable killed amplifiers with it's simplicity and MIT cables are awesome yet get roused because of the attenuation in the boxes.

    Hey, just check them out and if they work for you, pay me. Otherwise, send them back and stop calling me and trying to sell me windows. And by WINDOWS I mean Russian Brides.

    If it sounds good, it IS good.

    Sounds good Mark. Give me a pm with total and paypal address. It's been good seeing you around again but I'm hiding my wallet after tonight. Very nice karma on the bookshelf speakers and unbelievable great deal on those 703's.

    I'd send you something special in lieu of cash, but it's illegal in 37 states and taxed to death in the rest so I guess money will have to do. But if you come across a nice BOGO on a Russian bride (preferably redhead) let me know cause its been getting lonely down here with the wife at work all the time.

    TN - I'll research the Russian issue thoroughly. Total? Hell I dunno, just give me your addy and we'll go from there. Does that mean you WANT the long RCA's?
