I have owned this forever, its nice and shiny, virtually perfect.

Was wondering why i had never listened to it, considering i love later floyd.

well, if i didnt know better, i would think those boys were on something.

It was nice of nick mason to include a recording of him tuning up on the end of side 4.

I really like the "studio" disc. "Grandchester Meadows" going into "Several Species" is phenominal! Also, "The Narrow Way (Pt. 1-3)" is pheominal! One of my favorite Floyd albums!

P.S. I really like the live disc as well........

P.P.S I have never done an illegal drug in my life either........

Taken from a recent Audioholics reply regarding "Club Polk" and Polk speakers:
"I'm yet to hear a Polk speaker that merits more than a sentence and 60 seconds discussion." :\
My response is: If you need 60 seconds to respond in one sentence, you probably should't be evaluating Polk speakers.....

This thread at AK might be of interest to the original poster...

Opinion runs sort of negative on Ummagumma, I guess... but I concur with the post above vis-a-vis "Grantchester Meadows" and "Several Species of Small Furry Animals Gathered Together in a Cave and Grooving with a Pict".

... oh, and I have no comment vis-a-vis recreational pharmacology ;-)

I've got that album on CD and tried to listen to it a few times but could never get through the whole thing. Maybe I need to drop some acid.... :o)

Floyds Relics is up next, after spending some time cleaning more discs with the spin clean Dawgfish so graciously bestowed on deb and I.

I think i will try L.A. woman in the spin clean, seeing how the only way i had to clean it before was with flat screen tv spray and microfiber cloths.
