help setting up receiver with this speaker setup

Can anyone direct me in setting up the large/small setting as well as bass cross over frequency for this setup?
front: 255c-rt (http://www.polkaudio.com/products/255crt#specs)

surrounds: 80fx-rt (http://www.polkaudio.com/products/80fxrt#specs)
sub: inifinity BU2 (100W, freq response: 30 Hz - 15 kHz, continuously crossover variable from 50 Hz - 200 Hz)

What sounds best? Large or small? Let you ears decide. Set your sub crossover at the bottom of the frequency of your mains. If they go to 43 Hz, set your sub at or slightly above 50Hz. A little overlap won't hurt.Main System:
