Parts Needed - Broke the tabs for RC85i that hold it in wall
Does anyone know where I can get parts for the RC85i speakers?
I was trying to install the RC85i in-wall speakers in my house and I accidently broke or lost 4 of the tabs that attach to the screws and are used to secure the speakers into the wall. I would like to go ahead and order like 6 to 10 of them because I plan to install about 8 more speakers for my whole home audio.
I have sent two emails to the Polk customer service in the past two weeks and have not gotten an answer. I have about $15,000 worth of polk speakers all throughout my home. I am dissapointed because I can not even get a response from the polk customer service. I have a big hole in my wall that is driving me and my wife nuts.
I swear if I do not get an answer back by mid next week, I am going to send an email to Klipsch, Speakercraft, B&W, and Difinitive technologies and see who responds first and that will be who I buy my future audio from. If you can help me or point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.

Sometimes emails slip thru the cracks. Call, someone answers, problem solved.... -
I never use email because emails are too easy to ignore. When you call someone has to answer the phone.
