I think we can all agree on this one!

My father served in the Big War! My uncle died trying to take out a German tank from a roof top with a hand grenade in Southern Europe leaving a wife and six children behind.

So that those who died did not die in vain!

Taken from a recent Audioholics reply regarding "Club Polk" and Polk speakers:
"I'm yet to hear a Polk speaker that merits more than a sentence and 60 seconds discussion." :\
My response is: If you need 60 seconds to respond in one sentence, you probably should't be evaluating Polk speakers.....

Thanks Jesse for this post and reminding us that freedom isn't free, that we_ as a nation , need to always honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice to defend our liberties and freedom . After the attack on Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7th 1941, a whole generation of young American men and women volunteered to join the military and fight back against the Axis forces. They truly were the Greatest Generation.

Hard to believe it's been 72 years. Have not seen much, other than a casual mention on most media today. 2402 Americans lost their lives due the attack on Pearl Harbor. Yes, a day that will live in infamy.

Truly the greatest generation. What they did will never be forgotten. I'm always fascinated to talk with vets, especially when they're willing to talk about their war experiences, which theater they were in, etc.
