Glad to hear it, but don't ever go to their shop... I went to pick up a pair of cables and no one was there to help me after I let myself in the front door, and the only guy I could find was mad to help me because no one else had. Oh well, that doesn't degrade the quality of the cables.

After trying many other cables in the past, BJC provides my favorite budget cables to date. I run them in my H/T and 2 channel systems.

Great products at very fair prices and terrific CS at BJC; I've been very happy with all of my several purchases there. In with the last shipment from them, they actually included a few pieces of candy.
However, I'd say Polk's service has, over the last 25+ years for me, been on par with what I've experienced at BJC.
