There is a chip on the left front side corner and all these little dings and the wal wart power supply has like a cigarette burn type of deal on it. I also looked at the cart and its like a $17 piece of garbage. Not evenb hooking it up and its just going back in the box after paying $1325 for it.

More to come on this and some pics, here is one I snapped but I will get more detailed ones

Funny thing. I was actually just yesterday thinking it was about time for a new PFB "I got screwed again" thread.

Did you not know what cart was in it before you bought it?

    - Seller lying about cart = seller's fault
    - Buyer not inquiring about cart = buyer's fault

I'm calling TOTAL B.S. on this. Don't believe a word of it. Not that you have a TT or maybe that you are even a farm boy. Why don't you come clean and tell us who you "really" are. Some teenage girl in her skinny jeans having a "lark" on the Polk forums?

One of the boys over at Audioholics trying to show how stupid all of us at CP are? Because anyone here takes any of these TALL TALES "seriously"?

    Something else?

The boy who cried "farm boy"? lol And just where is this "farm" located?

You have no credibility here anymore!

I don't know his whole story, but I did buy my Marantz from him last year, and everything about the transaction was great, so there's something legitimate on the other end.

Ok I will quote the seller from his email, dont understand what you mean by even a turntable as its pictured ontop of a krell amp that I just bought thats also on an av rack that the marantz that I sold was pictured with?

"Can you please send me few pictures of damage item and damaged box please.
I need it for an insurance,
And I guess you will keep the item ( of course I will issue full refund :)) )
The should issue refund in maximum 5-7 business days
please send it to my email : F******00 attttttttttttt GMAILLLLLLLLLLLLLL dottttttttttttt COMMMMMMMMM"

Ok here is the other email before this "If the item was damaged during the shipping my apologies and will issue full refund, and will claim insurance.
I have a pictures of the item, I will accept it only in same condition as it was sent.
How it's can be not as described?
I want to know if it was damage during a shipping, if so will claim the insurance.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP, BECAUSE IF IT'S DAMAGE DURING THE SHIPPING will be unnecessary to ship it back, AND WILL ISSUE FULL REFUND
Please let me know exact condition of the item, because if I will receive it damage you will need to deal with your insurance.
If it's not damaged and you just change your mind no problem will issue again full refund.
    THANK YOU
    RON"

I will load up a picture of the box as soon as I opened the item too
