Mat Weisfeld from VPI just announced on Bloomberg TV that they are releasing a new turntable that is completely turnkey. Turntable, tonearm, cartridge, integrated phono stage, and integrated headphone amplifier for $1000. What a great idea!!! Sit it on your desk and you've got a complete vinyl headphone rig ready to go! The news just broke, there's not even a link to anything yet.
Good music, a good source, and good power can make SDA's sing. Tubes make them dance.

... as long as it's not inspired by the "Nomad" from the original Star Trek TV series :-O

I sit at my desk with headphones on all the time, listening to vinyl. Guaranteed this product is targeted mainly at college kids, but I'd love to have one of these on my desk.Good music, a good source, and good power can make SDA's sing. Tubes make them dance.
