Hi, I'm pretty much new here & I recently bought a CSI A7 center speaker. My issue is that I need a new TV stand that can fit this speaker. I did research on the forums & didn't find an answer. Curious to know if anyone ever solved this dilemma. I will be putting a 65 inch plasma on top of stand as well with all my other components below. I pretty much surfed all over the web & came up expensive stands that might work. My budget is $300-$600. I also would love a stand that I can hide the wires. I'm hoping for some advice. Thanks!

    Congrats on your new center speaker. You do mean the CSiA6 though, right?

    With that kind of budget, have you considered a do it yourself (DIY) project? I had a much much smaller budget than that and was able to accomplish a useable stand for both plasma, center speaker and components. Of course, my original design included housing my sub which turned out to be a bad idea, but a quick change was fixable.

    This stand I've built has taken on 4 or 5 different changes, since I no longer needed it to support the TV, speaking of, if you can wall mount your plasma, that would be great, but if not, you can still come up with some useable designs.

    Here are some pics of what I was able to pull off with a little bit of lumber, some 2" dowels, wood screws, a drill, jig saw, some stain and clear finish;

    Sorry I meant the CSiA6. That actually looks really good. I haven't considered that & I don't have the tools. If that's my only resort then I might have to look into it. I'm thinking of maybe ceiling mounting my 65" plasma because the only place I can position it would be in front of my living room window which is a shame because it blocks sunlight. A tv that size actually makes me nervous to have hanging from the ceiling but I heard it's safe if done right.

    I would think twice about the ceiling mount just because of the high angle of viewing it would create. Unless you hang it low enough from the ceiling mount, but then your better off setting it on a cabinet or re-arranging to find a wall to mount to....

    The rest is TBD.

    Here is my living room layout. As you can see my only option for a great viewing & audio experience would be to place the TV in from of the window. Pretty much all I can do is build a cabinet which will be hard because of my schedule or ceiling mount it. TV is 65"

    Looks like it will do the job. Wish it was a bit wider but it will work! Thanks everyone. Here is a picture if anyone comes into this situation. http://www.sonax.ca/Webpages/ProductInfo.asp?disp=cat&category=TV%20Stands%20and%20Benches&model=B-051-LMT

    I have the CSiA5 which is the older model of the same speaker and is the same size. I went with a company call Standout Design, the model is Horizon XL. They are not cheap but are furniture grade quality and fit that center like it was made for it.

    This is my stand/setup. One of the few stands that can hold a CSiA6 INSIDE of the cabinet.

    It's also one of the few that can hold larger receivers. I liked the fact it hid all my equipment. Helps on the WAF.

    If you were asking about mine, it's a Plateau SR-V-75.

    It's big. You might guess (from the model number) it's 75" wide. The TV above it is a 70". My attempt was to somewhat stealthily hide my gear, and I had some problems housing both the CSiA6 and the Yamaha RX-A2010 receiver inside of a stand. At the time, I didn't really plan for the B&K amp, but that's how it goes and it fits in there well.

    It ran about $800. I replaced the frosted glass windows with tinted glass for another $50 or so at my local glass shop.

    It's my first stand so I don't have a lot to compare it to, but it's worked out well. My only complaints are that it is low to the ground. It's about 19" off the floor. I should probably move the center on top of the stand, but it kinda pains me to do so since I searched high and low for a stand that could house it. I'm not sure what I expected, but I kind think for the price, the build quality could be a bit better. Overall though it does the job.
