Listening to "Alkermes" nice original Polk Audio Monitor 4 speakers (with Peerless silk dome tweeters) and a Yamaha CR-1020. My three-ish decade old recollection of how these little guys sound was, thankfully, positively reinforced.

Nice little rascals albeit not exactly common.

    Yep, they are quite nice speakers.

    Have the old ADS L520s on the Technics SA-5570 and an old Sony CDP; Chopin's Complete Etudes. There is something about Chopin and rain that is magical!
