Box plates? I know a bit about tubes, but not everything. The plates are gray. Code on one tube is 654 above R9H3.

So the plates are "wing" shaped, not a rectangular box shape. R9H3 R= Mitcham Plant, 9 (within a four digit code)= 1969, H=month, 3=day of the week.

The plates are a rectangular box shape, definitely not a wing.

    Thanks for decoding.

These are specifically one of my favorites in any 12AT7 / ECC81 / CV4024 / CV455 / A2900 / B739 / ECC801S spot and probably priced 30-40% less than what they are worth. I'd snap them up in a second if I didn't already have spares!

Please put me next in line for the used pair if daboyz is just looking to snag the NOS quad. Thanks
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore
