Hi Polks, I'm new here. I have been looking for speakers (mostly vintage) and came across a listing on Craigslist for Tower series 2 for $1000.
Don't know age, says they are in good condition. Any recommendations on this pair? If parts are needed are they still available?
The wife says I don't need better speakers cause I can't hear the difference anymore, but I say I can still feel it.

Thanks, I thought they might be high. How old do you think they are? 15 or so?

So how about RTA 12? When were they made and is $200 a good price. Are they worth fixing if needed?
