What's up with this "brandnamez.com"????? I have been trying to order from them for a week now...all I can get is stupid prerecorded messages saying they will get back to me or I can order online. Try online ordering and it says that it can't be processed!!! Is this company trying to pull one over on me? Somebody tell me about this company.

I ordered my CS400i center from them about 2 1/2 weeks ago and it was shipped promptly to my door one week later. Must be the holiday rush because I didn't have one problem with them.

Within the past 2 weeks, I've ordered RT1000i's, CS400i, CS245i, f/x 300i's, and PSW450's from them. All were shipped out within 1-2 days, and were promptly delivered to me. However, all of my orders were placed on-line as I couldn't get to anyone via voice. Needless to say, I'm happy about the purchases.:)

Same here. Got pretty good service from them. Very good prices. One set of speakers took a couple of weeks because they were out, but they always answered e-mail messages within a day or so. I tried the phone as well but never got a response - but e-mail worked fine.

I just ordered (and received) a RM7600 system from them. Ordered on 12-18 and couldn't get any contact with them for a couple days. Finally got through on the phone, and the poor frazzled guy on the other end told me that they had a virus infect and crash their computer system. Tough time of year for that.
The next day they had my order info and UPS tracking number. Speakers arrived as promised. I'd order from these folks again. -
he wasn't lying either, I got a forwarded message from them! I immediately deleted it. It was the screen saver virus. I got my 500's from them! Awesome! THESE GUYS ROCK!

I placed an order with them.. and they were out of the Cherry RT800i's that i wanted. said it would be about a month for them to get another shipment in. I can't wait that long for my RT800i's. so I bought them somewhere else. I did receive quick email replys from them. and their prices pretty much beat anyone else.:cool:PolkFest 2012, who's going>?

Also ordered my cs400 from them about three weeks ago and had no trouble received shipment in about a week ,also suprisingly received avirus in an email from then ,luckly was intercepted by norton just a thought!!!

Question about returns? Do they ship returned items to you? Should I wait until after the middle of January? Thanks.

I ordered a CS425i on 1-23-02, was shipped two days later, and i recieved it on the 31st. They answer emails quickly and the speaker appears to be brand new and sounds great.
i would buy from them again, without hesitation. -
Agree with Jalaepeno, they have taken longer with my 35i's as a result of a real run on that particular speaker, but they ship similarly to other Internet suppliers in that they get them directly from Polk new and unopened. If they have your speaker at price that you're comfortable with, then have at it, they have a professional website and answer your email queries promptly.

I give them a BIG thumbs down on response .... I ordered ...online.... a cs400i that was about 26 days ago..... I recieved one e-mail shortly after.....saying they were backordered... would I like to continue with my order.... so I replied yes ... for that price worth the wait ...... Well I started to call and e-mail last week to get an update.... called and callled and called and if i got through it was a barely english speaking message. that said to leave a # and they'd call back!! Well how many times do you have to leave a number. Maybe it was my american accented english that was throwing them off... Did i try e-mail....Of course.... status@brandnamez.com .... undeliverable.. from several attempts.... I think thier website touts a five hour gauranteed reply..... I think they use a different clock system.....
My only resolve was to call my credit card company and block thenm from charging anything......
I still needed a new center...
I give thumbs up to Crazy eddies online....... they speak very good english. have pretty decent prices .. 400i was $285.00
But most important they answer thier phones and e-mails and call you back if needed........
Great customer service....
MY advice.. call brandnamez.com first before you try to buy online ..... if they don't answer or call back .... shop with a company that speaks gooder english!!
