I'm not sure whether anyone needs a launch PS4, but I have a preorder through amazon due for delivery this Friday and I probably won't be needing it. If anyone wants or needs one in Socal, I'll be traveling up the coast from San Diego to Orange County, and I can drop it off at cost. I rather see someone who wants it get one otherwise i'd cancel the preorder. Let me know in the next day or so otherwise I'd have to keep it. I have a launch Xbox one through amazon as well, if anyone is interested.
The ps4 is 432 inc tax and the xboxone is 540 inc tax (8% california).

I was thinking I could do that. However, it's a little tricky as my prime membership on that account had dried up and the item was purchased in June. So i'm not sure what would happen if I up and changed the shipping address. However, if you're in need of an XboxOne, I could definitely inquire into it with Amazon.2Ch Tube Audio Convert -
I have cash in hand, if you find an answer. Tell them it's a gift for someone else, see what they say? Maybe then they can also tell you if the warranty, from Amazon (I assume they have a broken out of box warranty), would transfer to me or not. I just had a little annoying chat with customer service. Looks like I can change the delivery address and still keep the launch delivery date the same. So it's yours if you want it. I'm sure the warranty will still be warrantied through me. And knowing Amazon customer service, in the off chance you get a DOA, it'd be free return. I would just email you the return shipping label. Of course if anything goes wrong within the warranty period, we can warranty it through me but that probably would be a hassle. *fingers crossed*

And the shipping address should be added to the account of the person who has placed the order.
Me:How would warranty claims work seeing as the order will be in this other persons name and account but I will be the owner of the shipped item?

Wow, I never opened this because I'm really looking for a way to secure an XBOX One. Little did I know there was one hiding in here. All I can say is that with everyone out there trying to profit from these things at launch date, this was just a super solid by aboroth00 to offer these here.
On a related note, I don't care about getting one at launch, but anyone have any bright ideas on how to get one before Christmas? I haven't been able to tell if they're going to filter out more to stores over the coming month, or if they're all spoken for until next year. -
