Granny and grandpas house gone in 4 hours

This little house has stood since 1962, built by Debs grandpa, the same man who built our house, as well as many others around here.
Carrying his little tool box, walking down these mountain roads, he made a living for himself, his wife and two daughters, one of whom was Debs mother, Lorene.
But this is not a sad story, Debs cousin Anthony, bought the house for 22,000 dollars, and paid 2000 to have it torn down and hauled off because it sat right behind our house and he did not want deb worrying about who might buy it from her nephew who inherited it after lorenes death.
He is giving us the 1/4th acre or so it sat on, and now we can concentrate on getting Deb back to 100%, which we will.

Agreed. I have a small list of folks to think of and pray for. You and deb are on that list.

Thanks for the thoughts and prayers everyone, we just got back from tallents pharmacy in mccaysville, where, for generations, the family has done business.
Deb went in with me for the first time in a very long time, all but one employee, including the owners came out from behind the counter, gathered around us, and prayed out loud for deb and myself.
Even the customers were silent during this, it was just a reminder how god has blessed us, and what good people we are in this country, it can be easy to overlook that sometimes.humpty dumpty was pushed -
