I feel bad you bought a new piece that is just about outdated since it does not do DSD. Will they be offering a upgrade to it?

I just don't get all the hate for Emotiva here, or the vitriol directed at anyone that comes here trying to save us from wasting money on other crap when the folks at Emotiva have created some of the best gear ever built at any price. Just because a guy that shops in the bargain isle at Walmart can now own audiophile quality gear for his mobile home is no reason to continuously disparage the brand or the people that own them.

Does the fact that it's a "stealth" unit mean it can operate without "anyone" being able to "hear" it?

I took as the emo dac neither added nor subtracted from the music, totally invisible. Which if that is the case, then you won't miss it if you never bought it.

Damn, I better go have a drink. It almost sounds like I'm starting to make sense. Can't have that now.

If you eek them on the AVS Polk Audio haters will be in droves with their Emo gear, pro amps and double blind test results for lampshade interconnects. Let the Emo fan bois crack a post, don't respond and they will go away.

You know, that DAC actually sounds kinda nice LOL! JK! Let's move on, nothing to see here
