I picked up Gary Clark jr Black & Blu Darn good cd! He is all over the place on the style from John Legend sound to Black Keys sound. If you haven't checked it out, please do!!

    Yep, that's a darn good album. His debut IIRC. Saw him a couple years ago at New Orleans Jazzfest and he smoked. He's touring right now, catch him live if you can.

    He sold out 2 shows here at the vic I think. He is opening up for Kings Of Leon I think in March in Chicago. That should be a decent show.

    can't wait to see him at the end of this month......used to be you could see him at any number of places here in Austin ... he had a few underground cd's ...but since he signed with a major ..he's been everywhere but in his home town .....check out his tour ... he's been all over ..he's a great guy & can play the guitar ....the cd .. I like it ... shows some versatility and the Ge..tar is great ....but imam home towner so im kinda biased
