Back Boxes

I am installing a pair of 265RTi in wall speakes in a new construction. They will fit between the studs which are appox 16 inches apart. Running from floor to ceiling the cavity is appox 10 feet in height. Do I need to cap the ends or make special back boxes? If so how tall to I make the encloser. The sides are contained by the wall studs. Thanks
