Ls 70?

I just found a set of Polk Ls70 speakers that are only about an hour away from me. The guy is asking 250 but may go down some. What do you guys think? Would they be better for my L/R? I think they use the same tri-laminate dome tweeter as my set up now so they should blend well. They have two 7 1/2 midrange speakers though. Good deal? What would you expect these to go for in what seems to be pretty nice shape? How do these compare to rt55i or rt800i? What about rt1000i/p or rt2000i/p?

70's are the ugly red head step child of the LS series IMO.

Do the 50 and 90 use the same woofers as the 70? What makes the 70 less desirable?

50's and 90's have 6 1/2" woofers. I believe the 70's have 7 1/2". Still nice speakers but a bit muddy and not as smooth IMO.
