230v Integrated Amp

Looking to buy a stereo integrated amp that's either strictly 230v or preferably one that is 120v-230v capable. I know most of the NADs will do multi voltage and sporadic others can as well. Just looking for something basic that will handle a 4 ohm load and run less than $200, even better if it were under $150. Not asking for much, eh? Anyway, thought I'd give it a chance. Stereo equipment here is obscenely expensive so I thought I would try here and see if someone had something lying around and would be willing to ship it to an APO address. Thanks!
