LSI 25 Speaker issue

Just picked up a pair of LSI 25's from a member here on trade and the left channel high end is muffled and not outputting correctly, specifically with the tweeter. I swapped a known good tweeter with the same results, and also switched channels on my amp output to make sure the problem didn't follow the amp channel. Needless to say, I'm not sure on next steps to resolve this. I assume the crossover, but does anyone have any experience/ideas or lend a hand? Thanks!

I know that you're looking for a simpler answer, but since you swapped the tweeter try swapping the crossover.

Could be a loose wire too, check the crossover and behind the binding posts. Check your connections also, you using banana's spades, bare wire ?HT SYSTEM-

no...I have them bi-wired. Shout out to Polk customer service. They are sending me a replacement crossover.
