Question to NAD M25 owners, does your amp run really warm?

I recently sold my Rotel rmb 1095 and replaced it with the NAD M25. That being said, this amp runs way warmer than the rotel. i was wondering if this is due to the amp having a modular design hence the need for cooling fans? I mean, the amp works fine but i was a big concerned because i have never owned a power amp that runs so warm. The Rotel and the Parasound did not run this
warm so i am wondering if this is normal for modular design amplifiers such as the NAD M25????

Different amps run at different temps, nothing to worry about really. Just make sure you give it ample room to breath. Putting it in a cabinet wouldn't be wise if that's the intent.

Just think how much you'll be saving heating your home this winter, I've thought about buying a used Onkyo just to use as a space heater.

This is hilariously true. A friend's TX-SR875 will raise the room temp noticeably in no time at all.

It's likely that the NAD runs in high bias class A/AB operation and therefore runs hotter. It's got nothing to do with being a modular design.

I would be really worried if it was scorching hot but it doesn't sound like that is the case. But I'm running a Pass Aleph J... so hand scorching is a normal thing...
