Anyone tried the Outlaw 975 pre yet?

The small pre/pro from outlaw model 975 looks very attractive at the price point of $549. I'm looking to replace my marantz 7002 with it, that runs my lsi setup through a NAD amp. Just wonder if I will miss the room correction and if there will be any real sound quality improvement to be gained. Main reason for wanting to get this is the smaller footprint as it will free up space in my a/v rack and lesser power draw and less heat in the rack in general. Also reviews seem to have been very possitive from sound and vision and HT mag.

So anyone tried this yet?

    Well I went and ordered one of their b stock units since it comes with full warranty for $449. That $100 discount suckered me in. Worth a shot I think.
