I've got 2 12" Infinity dual voice coil subs. I'm trying to figure out which Polk amp would be better for my scenario, the C500.1 or the C400.4. Please give recommendations and explain why.
Thanks,

how about a link to the speakers?

The subs are these:
Infinity Kappa 120.3DVC
(not the "Kappa Perfects")
I'd give you a link but my websites are little limited at work.

Okay, so two 4ohm DVC subs can be wired to either be 1ohm or 4ohm. Polk amps can't handle 1ohm, so I'm stuck with a 4ohm configuration. So, would the 500 be the best at 350 watts on a 4 ohm load ?? Or is there a way to get 200x2 out of the 400 model with these speakers? Any Polk employees, please feel free to chime in.

wire the 500.1 to a 2 ohm load and youll get 250 to each
with the 400.4 youll only get 200 to each
