Portable headphone amp

I'm looking for a portable headphone amp such as the Decware Zen Head or a Ray Samuels SR71 or comparable. I pm'ed a fellow member who had a Decware for sale but haven't heard back (the thread is a few months old and I understand the OP may not be actively checking).
I am considering buying a Fiio E17 if I don't find what I am looking for.
Budget is about 200.
Suggestions on other portable headphone amps are always welcomed. I'm only going to be driving in-ear headphones such as the Polk Audio 6000i and maybe some easy to drive sony cans.

Between myself and my brother, we have a few smaller/cheaper travel headphone amps. Shoot me a PM if you're interested.

And if Zingo doenst have what you need, check headfi.org. That forum specializes in nothing but headphone's, headphone amps, sources, etc. And they have a classifieds section which you can see even as a newbie.
Positive someones got a JDSLabs headphone amp well within that range, if not the specific models you were looking at.

I have been on headfi and still haven't found the right one yet. I will be a little patient before I buy the Fiio. I personally haven't heard the Fiio but figured if all else fails get that one or a Pa2v2 out of canada. Worse case I can sell it and not lose or invest a ton of cash.

I got in as one of the backers a little bit ago and upgraded to the bigger amp. This thing even plays with a driod phone and does dsd!Klipsch The Nines, Audioquest Thunderbird Interconnect, Innuos Zen MK3 W4S recovery, Revolution Audio Labs USB & Ethernet, Border Patrol SE-I, Audioquest Niagara 5000 & Thunder, Cullen Crossover II PC's.
