Hi all,

Just came into a Sony STR-7045 which is missing its aluminum function knob. Anyone parting out a Sony stereo of this vintage (I think that knobs from anything in the STR-70** series should work) or know of someone who is?

I would be willing to buy or trade - I have assorted odds and ends around the house here that may be of interest...

Thanks,

G

Actually almost any vintage knob should fit this receiver - I tried the bass knob from my Pioneer SX-1250 and it fit on there just fine. If anyone is parting out any old receiver with aluminum knobs I'll take one - it doesn't have to be a perfect cosmetic match.

    Thank you!!!
