Identifying old Polk speakers

I bought Polks during the 90's and now want to sell them, but don't know the model. Both have the same number on the back in the upper left corner on the back. It is 45 24234. Their are no other identifying marks.
Thanks for your help!

Welcome to the forum. Forum rules do not allow you to sell items until after contributing to the forum for a short period. I know you didn't technically say you were selling them for this much, etc, etc, etc. Just letting you know what others will as well. If you only want/ need help identifying the speakers you have in order to sell them elsewhere or for your personal use, etc., pictures would help identify what you have. Pictures of the labels, pictures of the front of the speakers without the grille in place, etc.If con is the opposite of pro, is Congress the opposite of Progress?!

Small, ported bookshelf speakers? Might be Monitor 4.5's. Post pix and you'll have your answer.Jay

The link to a photo is above. I am sorry I created offense by mentioning that the purpose of trying to find out what I have I intend to sell. I did not, nor would I consider doing that in this forum. I want a local buyer who will come pick them up!
Sorry. -
I don't think I offered anything for sale, and had no intention of doing that. I was simply stating why I was trying to find out. Sorry so much. I have little knowledge in this area, and will not likely post again. Hope this solves the problem.

Around here, if you get $60 for them, consider yourself lucky.
They show up for less than $50 but sell at around $40.

Well I if was allowing $25 for 2 MW $50 and $15 dollars for 2 tweets $30 that would be $80 and I did say excellent.
I start knocking off real fast for any nick and or chips.
The 4.5 would be $20 nicer than the 4A and a little harder to find, I have two pair of 4A.
But it's all what you are willing to spend and of course shipping or driving. You can buy my Monitor 4's any day and I'll go in the middle of your figure at $100.POLK SDA 2.3 TLS BOUGHT NEW IN 1990, Gimpod/Sonic Caps/Mills RDO-198

Notice on the 4 how the bass port is closer to the bottom the 4.5 are a little taller.

This is true. I would overpay for Peerless Monitor 4's just so I would have the same tweeters all the way around.
4's may not handle the big RTA's.
