Yes little high even with stands.
I sold my 10's with peerless for $150.
Klipsch RB81, KG3.5, B&W DM602.5, Polk.

I bought mine for, I believe, $90. No stands. And if I ever sold them, I'd probably ask for $80 (if I sold them here that is--probably NOT going to happen soon). And I have Peerless tweeters! C'est le vie!
